Riverside: Open 24hrs – Monday – Friday: provider in house 8am-8pm
(8pm – 8am our clinic is open for most services with a provider on call, however we do not do physicals or injury follow ups during this time) Saturdays and Sundays provider is on call.  

Ontario: Monday – Friday 8:00am-6:00pm

Corona: Monday – Friday 8:00am-6:00pm

San Bernardino: Monday – Friday 8:00am-6:00pm

City of Industry: Monday – Friday 8:00am-6:00pm

Moreno Valley: Monday – Friday 8:00am-6:00pm

For injuries please note that patient needs to be in clinic with all needed paperwork completed by 5pm in order to be seen, otherwise we will be transferring patient to Riverside. Central Occupational Medicine Providers (COMP) is an MPN Provider that primarily offers comprehensive occupational healthcare for your injured employees. COMP also provides other services for your company-related needs such as drug and BAT screening, physical and functional capacity exams, vaccinations, physical therapy and other services.
